SHIPPING

We ship to Australia. We offer a flat rate of $15.95 Australia wide on all orders, excluding hampers.


Hamper shipping is calculated as: $15.95 for base rate, plus $13 for each hamper


All orders are processed within 1 business day, however please allow up to 3 business days during busier periods such as Christmas.


Our local post office is also our general Store, mini-mart, post office and fuel station and we love to support them as much as possible. As such, we exclusively use Australia Post to ship your orders.


Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via Australia Post and it will arrive within 10 business days. If you have not received your order during this time, please email mogocandleco@gmail.com


Please ensure you have entered your shipping address correctly, as additional shipping charges for a redelivery will be charged.

Local pick up is available from Mogo Lolly Shop. Details, date and time will be confirmed via email or sms.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you receive a candle you are not absolutely in love with, please let us know and we can arrange an exchange. You will be responsible for return postage, and postage of the new item.


We do not offer refunds.
